Pipenv: $pipenv install funktioniert nicht.

Wenn ich ein neues Projekt starte, habe ich den Befehl $ pipenv install zum Initialisieren der Standardstruktur gesendet.
Aber es wurde kein spezifischer pypi-package-name übergeben, es wurde der oben genannte Fehler ausgelöst.

Wenn ich jedoch beim Start pypi-package-name übergebe, funktioniert es gut:
$ pip env install requests .

Wie man damit umgeht ?

Ist $ pipenv install (blank) schlechte Anfrage?
