Vagrant: 'vagrant up' provoca el error 'ip_parts'

Mi computadora se congeló hace aproximadamente una hora y media. Después de desinstalar y reinstalar VirtualBox, Vagrant y reconstruir mi entorno, sigo recibiendo el mismo error. También intenté configurar la dirección IP en el VagrantFile de mi directorio de Homestead, justo debajo de Vagrant.configure(VAGRANTFILE_API_VERSION) do |config| usando lo siguiente:
config.vm.network "private_network", ip: "192.168.168.192", adapter:2, auto_config: false

Cuando eso no funcionó, intenté:
config.vm.network :forwarded_port, guest: 22, host: 2223, id: 'ssh

¿Puede alguien ayudarme por favor? No puedo creer que una congelación inevitable haya causado tanto caos. Estoy usando Windows 10. Gracias.
