Numpy: numpyc-extensionsのインポートに失敗しました。

Pyinstallerを使用して実行可能ファイルを作成すると、numpyc-extensionsのインポートに失敗しました。

コード例の再現：

F:\PCS\Documents\Python>type numpytest.py

import numpy as np
