動作は少し非決定論的ですが、依存関係の多くのバージョン（おそらくすべてのバージョン！）のダウンロードを開始するたびに、 Requirement already satisfiedループでスタックするか、完全にフリーズするように見えます。 これは要約した例ですが、CIビルドが6時間スタックしてから、強制終了されました。
