Ansible: Problema com manipuladores ao reutilizar a função na cartilha

Resumo:

Ao reutilizar uma função no playbook, um manipulador não está usando o valor da variável de função esperado dentro da tarefa do manipulador.

(Não tenho certeza se é o comportamento esperado ou não. Estou suspeitando que as variáveis ​​usadas nos manipuladores são substituídas quando o manipulador é definido)

Resultados reais:

O resultado real é que ambas as chamadas de manipulador usam o mesmo valor de variável ( item=test1 ), mesmo se a variável test_name tiver sido redefinida no manual.

Posso ter corrigido isso recentemente, mas analisarei isso assim que puder.

Isso ainda é o mesmo com o Ansible 2.1
Eu realmente não posso usar a mesma função mais de uma vez se o manipulador parecer

- name: delete varnish container
  docker:
    image: "{{ docker_varnish_image_tag }}"
    name: "{{ docker_varnish_container_name }}"
    state: absent
    docker_api_version: "{{ docker_api_version }}"

docker_varnish_container_name variável 

- { role: docker_varnish, docker_varnish_container_name: varnish-apps }
- { role: docker_varnish, docker_varnish_container_name: varnish-cache }

Mas ele interrompe o contêiner com o nome que foi definido como o primeiro no manual.

Tentei usar variáveis ​​no nome do manipulador, mas elas não são acionadas nesse caso.

Atualizar:
Isso só funciona se eu tiver essa função
