Why are you saying?

I don't think that ConfigurationManager is still valid.

This example is using C# script in the Azure portal. If you are developing a precompiled C# function locally, you must also add a reference to System.Configuration.dll.
I will add a note to that effect in the topic.

Thank you! Your note clarified it for me. It certainly helps to explain the context of the code and how it is different if / when using the Functions SDK locally.
