Azure-docs: Bandwidth information for B-series VMs

There is no bandwidth information on B-series VMs in the documentation - how much throughput do these machines have?

@jonbeck7 I did some digging but was not able to find any mention of the bandwidth limits for B series. Possibliy due to the bustable nature. Do you know if this information is avaiable and if so can we get it added?

please-close @monteledwards thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, the B-series is variable, so it doesn't make sense to publish networking numbers that may not always be accurate.
