Codestream: JetBrains :: EAP Version :: Running IDE Always Opens A Duplicate Editor Window

Describe the bug
It appears that this issue is somehow caused by CodeStream as it does not happen when I disable the plugin: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-49510

Thanks for your report! We already have a workaround for this problem, but we are waiting to hear back from JetBrains first: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJSDK-700

v5.2.1 includes our workaround for this issue.
