Current Behavior. Describe the current behavior,
Floating non maximized xfce4-terminal is too large to fit on the screen (vertclaly). I'm using xfc4-terminal if that matters
Expected Behavior
Floating window should not be bigger than a screen.

I don’t see a link to logs.i3wm.org. Did you follow https://i3wm.org/docs/debugging.html? (In case you actually provided a link to a logfile, please ignore me.)
