Pip: pip 8.1.1에서 '추가'가 작동하지 않음

  설명:

pip 8.1.1이 "UndefinedEnvironmentName: 'extra'가 평가 환경에 존재하지 않습니다." 오류와 함께 실패합니다. extras_require(django-constance[database])를 사용하는 패키지를 설치하려고 할 때

pip 8.1.0으로 다운그레이드하면 문제가 해결됩니다.

내가 실행한 것:

깨끗한 virtualenv에서 setuptools==21.0.0으로 실행 중입니다.

pip install 'django-constance[database]==1.1.2'

다음과 같이 실패합니다.
