Openapoc: Invisible spitters on player turn (TB build 341)

Spitters charged me on their turn and I lost sight of them.
I charge at them on my turn but they are nowhere to be found. No sprites, no alien found indicator, I walk through as if they were never there.

On their next turn, they reappear right from where they vanished.

While we're at it: got a classic CTD when unpausing post-mission. #463

Confirmed sighting of this bug on build 343. Didn't catch a before/after save unfortunately. Spitters again.
