React-tags: Showing message when there is no hit with Suggestions

Hi,

Maybe i don't see this option, but I would know if it is possible to show a message in the suggestion dropdown if there is no hit made. So i can show, no search results found, for instance.

There is no option for this currently but I'd be happy to accept a PR if you're up to it 😃
