Stacks-wallet-web: Visuals for empty states on the home screen
When a new user installs the web wallet, they're likely to have no activity and no balances. We could use a subtle visual for both states: when somebody doesn't have any balances, and when somebody doesn't have any activity yet.

A couple standardized "empty state" cards that we can reuse in all our products, and even in the explorer (example https://explorer.stacks.co/address/STDQV76745NBG5CYJKSPS1SJXVBB01PJKNDJN8NK?utm_source=stacks-wallet&chain=testnet)
