Doccano: Deploy doccano in AWS

This feature is broken (S3 access error):

Template validation error: S3 error: Access Denied For more information check http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/ErrorResponses.html

When I go straight to the S3 template, I am getting same S3 denied response XML:
