LibreSSL 2.5.3 became the latest stable release of LibreSSL on April 11th, 2017.
Would it be possible to update the bundled LibreSSL to version 2.5.3 or later so h2o can offer the new ECDH X25519 goodies as well as the sane default curve list mentioned in #713?
(I’m not sure I’m helping or just adding noise with this type of issue: I’m inspired by #1094, but please let me know if this is useful or not. I really appreciate all the hard work put into h2o, it’s a great project, and a true joy to use. Thanks!)
I'm not sure if this issue is enough to wait until 2.5.4: https://github.com/libressl-portable/portable/issues/307
But thought it should be mentioned.
LibreSSL 2.5.4 has been released, fixing libressl-portable/portable/issues/307.
Anything new? Because we’re at 2.5.5
…
LibreSSL 2.4.x support has also ended.
This issue no longer makes sense after #1461, which I completely support. Closing.
