Osticket: Feature request: Markdown Support
It would be nice when I can use Markdown to format Text in Kowlegde Base articles and also in body section of an ticket

how hard would it be to add in a button and point to markdown then use https://parsedown.org/ to render the text?
example from the parsedown site.
$Parsedown = new Parsedown();
echo $Parsedown->text('Hello _Parsedown_!');
