Runtime: [Arm64/Linux] runtimeeventsource fails gcStress=0x2

@brianrob The new test runtimeeventsource introduced recently is failing gcStress=0x2 consistently. It also fails gcStress=0x1 occasionally.

Typical failure looks like this

This file was stole out of my mobile device. Motorola e5 Plus. It was not supposed to end up here but it did! Then about 1 week ago my mobile device was stole w\the SD card in it.
