vous pouvez déjà l'installer (je pense) en utilisant conda install -c conda-forge scikit-learn
. Sinon, la nouvelle version sortira dans environ 2 semaines.

La réponse n'a pas changé. Comme indiqué ci-dessus, vous pouvez déjà utiliser scikit-learn avec conda-forge
, sinon vous devez attendre la version 0.24.

Je suis quasiment passé à docker pour tout mon développement ML avec des versions codées en dur, etc., et je n'ai plus de problèmes. Python a tendance à planter et à brûler avec les mallocs, les oom, les problèmes d'installation, etc. Malheureusement, c'est l'état des choses ...
J'ai trouvé une solution de contournement pour l'installation sur python3.9 au moins sur linux
Mettre à niveau pip. Installez wheel, Cython, obspy, numpy et geomag-algorthms à partir de git source
pip install -U pip wheel numpy Cython Obspy
pip install git+https://github.com/usgs/geomag-algorithms.git
Obtenez la version GDAL
sudo apt-get install libgdal-dev
VERSION=$(gdal-config --version)
Installez GDAL dans pip en fonction de la version installée sur le système d'exploitation

Vous pouvez maintenant installer scikit-learn
pip install scikit-learn

qui met à jour votre [tool.poetry.dependnecies]
en pyproject.toml
pour inclure:
scikit-learn = {version = "^0.23.2", allow-prereleases = true}
qui, à partir de maintenant, installe 0.24.0rc1 avec le support python3.9 au lieu de 0.23.x qui se plaignait du chargement du module partagé en raison de changements numpy ou quelque chose.
pip install --pre -U scikit-learn
