вы уже можете установить его (я думаю) с помощью conda install -c conda-forge scikit-learn . В противном случае новый релиз выйдет примерно через 2 недели.

Ответ не изменился. Как указано выше, вы уже можете использовать scikit-learn с conda-forge , в противном случае вам нужно дождаться выпуска 0.24.

Обновите пункт. Установите wheel, Cython, obspy, numpy и geomag-algorthms из исходного кода git

pip install -U pip wheel numpy Cython Obspy
pip install git+https://github.com/usgs/geomag-algorithms.git

Установить GDAL

Получить версию GDAL

sudo apt-get install libgdal-dev
VERSION=$(gdal-config --version)

Установите GDAL в pip в зависимости от версии, установленной в ОС

pip install GDAL==$VERSION

Теперь вы можете установить scikit-learn

pip install scikit-learn

pip install --pre -U scikit-learn также работает с Arch и Manjaro.

также:

поэзия добавить scikit-learn --allow-prereleases

который обновляет ваш [tool.poetry.dependnecies] в pyproject.toml добавляя:

scikit-learn = {version = "^0.23.2", allow-prereleases = true}

который, на данный момент, устанавливает 0.24.0rc1 с поддержкой python3.9 вместо 0.23.x, который жаловался на загрузку общего модуля из-за изменений numpy или чего-то еще.
