描述

给定两个视图矩阵XY ,CCA 应该返回XY元素的n_components线性组合s个相关性最大的向量,即第一个分量的相关性最大,第二个分量在与第一个不相关的方向上的相关性第二大,依此类推。 但是,在下面的代码中,第二列显然是与第三列的相关性较低:

X_transfomedY_transformed的第三列之间的相关性约为1,而第二列之间的相关性仅为0.389。 因此,我希望第三列出现在第二列的位置。

实际结果

当我用n_components=2运行 CCA 时,我得到第一列和第二列,而我应该得到第一列和第三列。
