Xgboost: Masalah saat menginstal di OSX 10.11.6?

Saya mencoba menginstal pembungkus python xgboost di OSX 10.11.6 dengan python3. Pertama, saya melakukan:

Kemudian, ketika saya melanjutkan untuk menginstal xgboost dengan pip3, saya mendapatkan yang berikut:

Kemudian, saya mencoba membangun sebagai berikut:

Adakah ide tentang cara menginstal xgboost dengan benar?... sebulan yang lalu saya telah menginstal xgboost dengan pip3 dan saya tidak menghadapi masalah di atas.

Saya menemukan ini di sini :

kompiler dentang LLVM pada Mac OS X dari Xcode tidak mendukung multi-utas OpenMP. Pilihan alternatif adalah menginstal homebrew http://brew.sh/ dan brew install g++-5 yang menyediakan dukungan OpenMP multi-utas.

Mengingat hal itu, saya mencoba ini dan memungkinkan saya untuk menginstal dari pip!

$ brew install gcc<strong i="12">@5</strong>
$ pip install xgboost

Saya tidak tahu mengapa ini berhasil tetapi brew install gcc --without-multilib tidak.

Mau tak mau saya berpikir pengguna lain akan jatuh ke dalam perangkap ini dan membuang waktu untuk mencari tahu apa yang sebenarnya salah. Semoga solusi ini bekerja untuk mereka, tetapi saya lebih suka melihat rutinitas instalasi yang lebih andal dari paket pip

@alonsopg instalasi pip membutuhkan gcc-5 atau clang-omp yang keduanya dapat diinstal melalui brew . Itu dilakukan sebelum pembaruan instruksi terbaru. Karena pengguna utama Mac OS X sekarang menggunakan gcc-6 , saya akan memperbarui versi berikutnya ke gcc-6, sementara itu, silakan instal dari github seperti yang telah Anda kompilasi

+1 juga menemukan masalah ini. Sangat sulit untuk ditebak. Perhatikan juga bahwa dentang-omp bukan lagi paket minuman:

Kesuksesan! 🎉

Saya menemukan ini di sini :

kompiler dentang LLVM pada Mac OS X dari Xcode tidak mendukung multi-utas OpenMP. Pilihan alternatif adalah menginstal homebrew http://brew.sh/ dan brew install g++-5 yang menyediakan dukungan OpenMP multi-utas.

Mengingat hal itu, saya mencoba ini dan memungkinkan saya untuk menginstal dari pip!

$ brew install gcc<strong i="12">@5</strong>
$ pip install xgboost

Saya tidak tahu mengapa ini berhasil tetapi brew install gcc --without-multilib tidak.

Mau tak mau saya berpikir pengguna lain akan jatuh ke dalam perangkap ini dan membuang waktu untuk mencari tahu apa yang sebenarnya salah. Semoga solusi ini bekerja untuk mereka, tetapi saya lebih suka melihat rutinitas instalasi yang lebih andal dari paket pip

Saya menginstal gcc7.1.0 dengan brew install gcc --without-multilib , lalu mengkloning xgboost, cd-ed ke dalam folder, dan mengedit make/config.mk untuk memiliki

# choice of compiler, by default use system preference.
export CC = gcc-7
export CXX = g++-7 
# export MPICXX = mpicxx

dan akhirnya dieksekusi cp make/minimum.mk ./config.mk; make -j4

kemudian cd-ed ke python-package dan dieksekusi sudo python3 setup.py install

@cacoderquan Saya menemui masalah yang sama seperti Anda dan menemukan bahwa sebenarnya gcc tidak ditautkan.
Anda mungkin ingin memeriksanya juga, tetapi saya yakin masalah Anda sudah terpecahkan.
Bagi orang lain yang tertarik, gcc yang tidak ditautkan mungkin disebabkan oleh masalah izin homebrew .

@alonsopg @phunterlau Saya ingin tahu apakah masalah ini dapat ditutup sekarang? Ini menjadi cukup besar dan di luar kendali karena ada solusi untuk masalah awal yang dilaporkan OP. Perbaikan jangka panjang untuk ini adalah mengizinkan metode pip install xgboost bekerja dengan versi GCC terbaru, tetapi saya merasa ini lebih baik ditangani dalam masalah terpisah yang berfokus khusus pada itu. Bagaimana menurutmu?

Ya, setuju. Instalasi pip dibuat untuk versi stabil emas xgboost sehingga versi stabil gcc dipilih. Instalasi pip akan segera menggunakan rilis resmi dan mendapatkan biner yang telah dikompilasi seperti yang direncanakan.

Meskipun saya menginstal gcc 5 (dengan minuman), xgboost build masih menggunakan versi LLVM dari gcc (7 dalam kasus saya). Untuk mendapatkan build untuk menggunakan gcc 5 saya lakukan:

brew install gcc<strong i="6">@5</strong>
env CC=gcc-5 CXX=g++-5 pip install xgboost

dan ini berhasil untuk saya.

@cacoderquan saya memiliki masalah yang sama. Tidak tahu apakah Anda sudah mengurutkan ini (belum membaca semua komentar) tetapi saya dapat menginstal dengan terlebih dahulu menjalankan file build.sh di terminal dan kemudian menjalankan setup.py di python-package map.
