Xgboost: مشاكل أثناء التثبيت في OSX 10.11.6؟

أحاول تثبيت برنامج تضمين python الخاص بـ xgboost في OSX 10.11.6 مع python3. أولاً ، قمت بما يلي:

ثم حاولت بناء ما يلي:

أي فكرة عن كيفية تثبيت xgboost بشكل صحيح؟ ... قبل شهر قمت بتثبيت xgboost مع pip3 ولم أواجه المشكلات المذكورة أعلاه.

لقد وجدت هذا هنا :

لا يدعم برنامج التحويل البرمجي clang LLVM على نظام التشغيل Mac OS X من Xcode OpenMP متعدد الخيوط. خيار بديل هو تثبيت البيرة http://brew.sh/ و brew install g ++ - 5 الذي يوفر دعم OpenMP متعدد الخيوط.

مع وضع ذلك في الاعتبار ، جربت هذا ويسمح لي بالتثبيت من نقطة!

$ brew install gcc<strong i="12">@5</strong>
$ pip install xgboost

ليس لدي أي فكرة عن سبب نجاح هذا ولكن brew install gcc --without-multilib لم ينجح.

لا يسعني إلا أن أعتقد أن المستخدمين الآخرين سوف يقعون في هذا الفخ ويضيعون الوقت في محاولة فهم الخطأ الذي يحدث بالفعل. نأمل أن يعمل هذا الحل البديل لهم ولكني أفضل أن أرى روتين تثبيت أكثر موثوقية من حزمة النقطة 🤞

لقد نجح ما يلي بالنسبة لي للحصول على أحدث إصدار من XGBoost في Anaconda بدون ألم:

تثبيت brew (إذا لم يكن هناك بالفعل)
اتبع تعليمات davidread : (شكرًا لك davidread !!!)

brew install gcc<strong i="12">@5</strong>
env CC=gcc-5 CXX=g++-5 pip install xgboost

بالإضافة إلى حل davidread ، إذا كان تثبيت النقطة لا يناسبك ، فجرّب السطر الثاني على النحو التالي:
env CC=gcc-5 CXX=g++-5 pip3 install xgboost
يجب أن يعمل هذا!

شكرا لك @ davidread. بعد الكفاح لساعات مع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي و- بدون خيار multilib (والذي تم تعطيله بالمناسبة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) ، عانيت أكثر مع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي 5 والنقطة حتى وجدت الحل أخيرًا! شكرا لك مرة أخرى.

cacoderquan لدي نفس المشكلة. لا أعرف ما إذا كنت قد قمت بفرز هذا الأمر حتى الآن (لم تقرأ جميع التعليقات) لكنني تمكنت من التثبيت عن طريق تشغيل ملف build.sh أولاً في المحطة ثم تشغيل setup.py في حزمة python مجلد.
