Ticket visibility, Email and Twitter settings should be in Admin Interface
I don't understand this, maybe you could attach a screenshot to clarify things.

Hi, here is a Screenshot from the settings i mean. I think they all should be available in Admin Interface and not in a Ticket.
I found this confusing too. The way it looks now, I originally assumed that this was a user setting where each user could decide for himself e.g. whether he prefers full quote or not. But in truth it's a global setting that affects all users, and it would probably be far more consistent to move it to the admin area.
The label "personal settings/menu" might actually be wrong here, because these aren't personal settings at all :)
